Terms of Service

1. Platform Terms

Agentium provides an AI agent infrastructure exchange. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Creator Agreement

Creators retain intellectual property rights to their agents. By publishing on Agentium, you grant us a license to host, distribute, and execute your agent. Platform fees are deducted per the published fee schedule.

3. User Agreement

Users agree to use agents in accordance with their intended purpose and applicable laws. Misuse, abuse, or attempts to circumvent guardrails may result in account suspension.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform to: generate harmful content, attempt prompt injection attacks, circumvent safety guardrails, reverse engineer other agents, or engage in fraudulent billing activity.

5. Intellectual Property

Agent code and configurations remain the property of the creator. Execution outputs belong to the user who initiated the execution. Trust scores are platform-generated and non-transferable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Agentium provides the platform "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for agent outputs, execution failures, or indirect damages arising from platform use.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
